We offer free delivery within 15 miles of Toledo, OH 43615. We will also deliver up to 100 miles for an additional charge. 

There is no charge for setup. We offer free delivery within 15 miles of 43615. Additional delivery fees apply for deliveries farther than 15 miles.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Water can only be used with our inflatables labeled wet/dry. Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. 

Our inflatables can be set up on most level surfaces including grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system. When placing your reservation, please let us know what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We provide daily rentals for approximately 6-8 hours. Typically they are delivered between 8 AM-12 PM and picked up between 4-8 PM. Times may vary based on your location, your event time, our daily schedule, and weather. We will always make sure your rental is there for longer than your event itself. If you’re looking for more specific times, feel free to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Additional days are 50% off!

Yes! We are fully insured. Howver, we are only responsible for our own negligence; not yours. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. In reserving your bounce house you will be required to sign a rental agreement and release form(s).

Safety is our top priority. We have a permit for every bounce house, slide, and obstacle course that we rent. We pay on a yearly basis to have all of our units thoroughly inspected by the state. In addition we do maintenance checks every time we setup.

We offer a signup discount for anyone who fills out the popup found on our home page. In addition to that 10% off coupon, you will also be informed of future discounts and promotions. 

We also enjoy giving back to the community so we offer 20% off for Nonprofit 501c3 organizations!

Should you need to cancel more than 48 hours in advance, a refund can be requested (minus a small fee). If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance no refund will be given. Reschedules are allowed if done prior to setup. Once we set up and leave the premises there are no refunds or reschedules.

Inflatables will not be set-up if on the day of the event there is high winds over 15+ MPH. Furthermore, inflatables will not be setup if there is not a flat level area, no one is present at the delivery time, or for any other reason that would not be safe. Should the cancellation be due to weather, you can request a refund or reschedule.

Always remove shoes upon entering inflatables. Do not move the equipment after it has been staked. Customer shall be responsible for any and all damage to any of the Rental Equipment not caused by ordinary wear and tear. Damage which is not “ordinary wear and tear” includes, but is not limited to, excessive dirtying, tearing of vinyl or netting, damage due to overturning, exceeding rated capacities, breakage, improper use, etc. The need for excessive cleaning will incur a $75 fee. If replacement is needed, the replacement value is 6x the rental rate.
